Tipton and Desiree were married at the Legacy Event Center in an elegant winter ceremony. Their January wedding seems especially fitting since Tip proposed while they were snowboarding the winter before. Drawing on that winter feel and Dez’s desire for elegance the flowers were white, with subtle touches of gray and golden yellows. With gold accents–from candles to Chiavari chairs–played off the navy table runners at the evening dinner reception.
As you can see from the amazing photographs by Tara Hobgood Photography, Tip and Dez’s celebration truly focused on family; from Desiree’s four sisters standing as bridesmaids to Tip’s father officiating the wedding ceremony. And, I so enjoyed working with Kala, Desiree’s mom, as she carefully organized all the classic and thoughtful details.
