Kimberly won me over before we even met when she wrote on her pre-consultation form, “I believe that wedding flowers bring color and life to the celebration.” That, that is how you make a wedding florist swoon. And, it is one of many reasons it was a joy to design the personal flowers for John and Kimberly’s elegant, and family centric March ceremony at the Texas Tech Club.

Their wedding colors were silver and blue; and, Kimberly wanted to keep the wedding simple. We settled on a selection of white spring flowers such as Anenomes and Ranunculus, with touches of blue in the Muscari and silk navy ribbon.

There are so many great things to say about Jessica! Throughout the entire process, she helped in so many different ways! She worked with my budget, helped me build ideas on how I would like my flowers to be, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I had SOOO many compliments on how beautiful my flowers were! Not to mention my bridal bouquet was BEAUTIFUL!! If you need a florist for your wedding, she is the one!! She’s extremely talented! – Kimberly

Kimberly’s classic bridal bouquet is still one of my favorites.

After the wedding Kimberly contacted me wanting to preserve her bouquet. Unfortunately, I do not offer that service and since we had not made arrangements before the wedding we were unable to find a cost-effective way to save her bouquet.

A few months ago I began following a watercolor artists on Instagram. Among other designs Salt Stains creates bridal bouquet paintings. Recently she offered a giveaway of a custom bouquet painting. I entered knowing it was long shot–I can count the number of giveaways I’ve won on one hand–yet, I won! It’s a toss-up if Kim or I was more excited. So now, for their first anniversary, Kimberly has her bouquet preserved as a piece of custom art.
